Responsibilities:
In this COO-sharing arrangement, I have been responsible for the day-to-day operations of both CCS and OCS. I have continued the work as outlined below fo Orangeville Christian School and have assumed the same role and completed the same work at Community Christian School
August 2008 to August 2011 – COO at Orangeville Christian School
Responsibilities:
As the COO of Orangeville Christian School, I have had experience in all things related to managing the day-to-day operations of the school. Included in this list are staff supervision; promotions; committee advisorships, leading, and liaison; SQAP organization; organizing and implantation of COO governance structure, recruitment and retention of students; speaking engagements, etc.
August 2004 to 2011 - Classroom Teacher at Orangeville Christian School
Responsibilities:
As a teacher at Orangeville Christian School, I have had experience in all things related to teaching at various grade levels. Included in my list of responsibilities are record-keeping, recording student progress, class management, supervision, and discipline. I have also instituted successful sports and intramural programs and monthly chapels. Computer Committee and CPC committee were also part of my portfolio.
August 2007 to 2008 - Vice-Principal at Orangeville Christian School
Responsibilities:
As vice-principal at Orangeville Christian School, I was been able to get an inside look at the administration and management of the school and practiced leadership in different ways: led staff meetings, took charge of curriculum planning, began the SQAP process, built the school’s website, organized the school’s archives, and more.
